Aquí no hay tregua. El lunes llegaba yo tan tranquilo al servidor con la esperanza de rodar e ir pillándole el tranquillo al circuito... ¡cuando en menos de 10 minutos ya me salía el corazón por la boca en una batalla sin cuartel con Paul y Aita! Really nice training with Paul & Tago on Monday. I was hoping for a calm session where to learn the track... but in less than 10 minutes the three of us were already having a close battle for the victory!

I had only just managed a few laps before the server was due to appear and whilst still at the stage of wondering which corner was coming next I did not feel to be in a suitable state to have Gaizka and Tago trying to race me.
So I cut short my attendance last night. Hope you had fun.
El viernes empecé a entender dónde está el tiempo en este circuito, logrando los 1:59s con regularidad así como algún que otro 1:58.
El objetivo para las sesiones libres de mañana es toquetear el setup para ir cómodo en carrera y con las presiones de neumáticos bajo control.
On Friday I started to understand where the lap time comes from in this track, managing to hit 1:59 regularly and to set 1:58 as my PB.
Tomorrow's goal for the Free Practice sessions will be to fine-tune the setup to feel comfortable during the race while keeping the tyre temps under control.
Gaizka was untouchable but I could see Clive and I had similar pace so a close race was on the cards.
Unfortunately at about 1/3 distance Clive lost it at Repco and I did not see him after that.
In the last half of the race Tago was on a charge.
The gap behind reduced from 8 seconds to 1 second by the end of the race, but I just held on to 2nd place.
Well done Gaiz and Tago for the podiums.
