En cualquier caso un placer estar en pista ... anyway a plaesure to be on track
NUTS! Fragged the engine barely 5km into the race right at the top of the Masta straight. Grrr... The little Brabham has gobs of top end and I was really looking forward to mixing it for the lead.
Grats on the win, Paul! Tago scores P2 after an eventful start. (Yes, I saw that from my short replay cap before leaving the server) Bad luck for Quico and pole-man, Xuggy.

Una pena fastidiarla y más cuando somos tan poquitos.
Emparejarme con Xug en la recta no fue una buena idea. No me acordaba ya del cuidado que hay que tener especialmente en la primera vuelta.
Después, en la amena compañía de Paul, hice un estúpido medio trompo en la horquilla y se me fue. En vez de dejar que me esperara, intenté apretar a ver si me acercaba algo, y claro, me la pegué a la primera de cambio.
Lo de Doni... más pena todavía.
Qué desastre de carrera.
Por lo menos Tago se hizo una marca guapa.
A pity to bother and more when we are so few.
Pairing up with Xug on the straight was not a good idea. I didn't remember how careful you have to be especially on the first lap.
Then, in the pleasant company of Paul, I did a stupid half-spin at the hairpin and it was gone. Instead of letting him wait for me, I tried to squeeze to see if I can reduce gap, and of course, I destroyed the car.
Pues si que hizimos la carrera tonta del año ... En la salida la pifié directamente en T1 porque el setup que llevo de Steve Cloyd (de Monza) tiene un comportamiento en marcha corta que no entiendo y para coger la parte izquierda de la primera S el coche se mete directamente a la izquierda como si no hubiera luego el resto de la S ... no he visto la repe pero debe ser de un ridículo importante verme ir hacia la izquierda para quedarme enganchado un rato antes de poder continuar juas ... solo me quedaba rodar en solitario a ver si conseguía recuperar algo ... y tras unas vueltas comprobé que Paul me esperaba para rodar juntos tras los avatares del resto
Algunos pilotos tienen una talla especial en la conducción ... Gaizka, Paul, Doni ... cuando vas detrás de ellos te llevan por la trazada ideal sin que tengas que hacer mucho esfuerzo ... solo mantener la concentración ... vamos que fue una gozada las vueltas en la estela de Paul ... realmente no podía pasarlo a pesar de la diferencia de coche ... ese ratillo juntos dió como resultado esa vuelta rápida que realmente es una buena vuelta de Paul que yo simplemente estoy copiando

Well, we did the stupid race of the year ... At the start I screwed up directly in T1 because the setup that I have from Steve Cloyd (from Monza) has a behavior in low gear that I do not understand and to take the left side of the first S the car goes directly to the left as if there were not then the rest of the S ... I have not seen the replay but it must be a major ridiculous to see me go to the left to stay hooked for a while before being able to continue lol ... I just had to ride alone to see if I could recover something ... and after a few laps I found that Paul was waiting for me to ride together after the problems of the rest
Some riders have a special fine driving ... Gaizka, Paul, Doni ... when you go behind them they take you through the ideal line without you having to make much effort ... just keep the concentration ... it was a joy the laps in the wake of Paul ... I really couldn't pass him despite the difference in car ... that little bit together resulted in that fast lap which really is a good lap by Paul that I am just copying
