Con muy poco entreno y un setup apañado deprisa y corriendo, la cosa no prometía. Pero el setup, resultó fiable, y pude afrontar la carrera con garantías de diversión.
En las primeras vueltas me seguía Sergio, yo no iba fino y calenté demasiado las ruedas, teniendo problemas especialmente en la subida del 3er sector. Pero los pequeños errores de Sergio me permitieron distanciarme un poco y rodando con regularidad me vi camino de mi 3er 7º puesto consecutivo. Peeeero....
Al empezar lap 14, Clive, que iba delante de mi, desapareció. Busqué en la pista la sombra de su coche que se sigue viendo cuando es el server el que te “apaga” los otros coches, pero no había ninguna sombra. Unos segundos después me encontré de pronto fuera del server.
Enhorabuena a los que disfrutasteis la carrera. Nos vemos en Brno... que habrá lágrimas, seguro.
With very little training and a quick made setup, things were not promising. But the setup was reliable, and I was able to face the race with guaranteed fun.
In the first laps Sergio was following me, I wasn't doing well and I overheated the wheels, having problems especially in the climb of the 3rd sector. But Sergio's small mistakes allowed me to distance a bit and driving regularly I was on my way to my 3rd 7th place in a row. Buuuut....
As lap 14 started, Clive, who was ahead of me, disappeared. I looked on the track for the shadow of his car that you still see when it is the server that "turns off" the other cars, but there was no shadow. A few seconds later I suddenly found myself off the server.
Congratulations to those who enjoyed the race. See you in Brno... there will be tears, for sure.

I made a good start and was able to see the Gordini/Connaught gang for some time but then the mistakes started to creep in.
In the end I was running 6th but with Quico starting to mount a challenge for my precious last point! Thankfully I was recued by his internet connection. Hard luck Quico.
So the point was mine and brings me just one behind Tago in the fight to be top human!
Hice un buen comienzo y pude ver a la pandilla de Gordini/Connaught durante algún tiempo, pero luego empezaron a aparecer los errores.
¡Al final quedé sexto pero con Quico comenzando a montar un desafío por mi precioso último punto! Afortunadamente fui rescatado por su conexión a Internet. Mala suerte Quico.
¡Así que el punto era mío y me trae solo uno detrás de Tago en la lucha por ser el mejor humano!
