Nuevo subforo y otros cambios / New subforum & misc

¿Qué mejor que empezar el año ordenando un poco el foro?
What a better start of the year than to sort a bit the forum?

Hacía por lo menos 11 años que no ejercía las labores de moderador, por lo que hacía falta un pequeño repaso aquí y allá.
After not executing the moderator role for the last 11 years (at least), there were some pending tasks here and there.

El resultado:
- Un nuevo subforo para todos aquellos eventos GPL no relacionados con PDLR.
- Todos los foros y subforos incluyen la traducción inglesa.
- Varios hilos han sido movidos de Motorhome al subforo pertinente.
- Algún que otro hilo ha sido promocionado a PostIt o Anuncio.

As a result:
- A new subforum was created for all those GPL events not PDLR related
- All forums & subforums headers are now in English (if and when needed)
- Quite a few threads were moved to their corresponding subforum
- Few threads were promoted to PostIt or Announcement.
