Hola chicos,

Hi guys,

I am able to train more or less. I do not get along well. With the Brabham it seemed that I began to do with the circuit, but perhaps what happened was that I began to do with the car. With the Honda I did not go well here and with the Cooper I did not do well either, and it's been several years, although I did not train much. I have dropped more than 2 seconds these days, but I am still more than 2 from 8:10, and I would like to get off that mark before the race, but I do not know if it will be possible.

What I do believe is that this can serve me, not to get a great PB, but to have a decent pace in the race, and dream of finishing it even. 5 laps are more than 40 minutes ... in hell.

Afortunadamente, Tago me taponó y no pude seguir a Dag.

As my qualification was not good, I finished 3rd behind Dag and Tago. At least I could train those laps with race gasolina and setup. Fortunately, Tago blocked me and I could not follow Dag. I was lucky, because I would have left my teeth trying. Dag was really fast, making great times in all the laps.

I went behind Tago a lap and a half, until he spun in Kallenhard. There I also lost sight of Sergio who had been behind me until that moment. I had turned off all the boards of the Pribluda, to avoid distractions, and in the pits they told me that Dag was already in Logroño, so I dedicated myself to a quiet ride. I finished 2nd and without errors, the result of having prepared the race and having a setup "friendlyuser" so happy.

A pity David, so close to the end :lloro:. Here we all are writting history. a pleasure to share this with you (fraco? :rie: ).

The time that I had Sergio behind, I had a certain fear that the rush, but he was calm, waiting for events (in "ring" mode, I suppose). What happened to you?

He was in full Ring mode, determined to finish the race and if it was on the podium much better. I had a silly mistake and I left the track but without consequences, but a little later, in the curves linked down, which has a fu***ng hedge on the left, the cooper made a stranger and I played the fu***ing hedge, it was a pretty mild touch. but I was absorbed by an octopus that was there napping and did not want to let go. A pity because I thought to recover the space to you and to Tago and give you a really war

Well done all.

It's such a dreadful place for a race!

I was home on time and so felt duty-bound to take part.

I set off with the intention of having an evening drive through the countryside but you know how it is when they wave a green flag at you!

I found myself getting a better exit out of T1 than David but when I approached T2 I was so worried that David may not be able to avoid hitting me, due to my "conservative" braking, that I went off onto the grass and thus gave him the place back!

Then I had an "off" at the fast bit near the end of section one and by the time I had sorted that out David was 20 seconds up the road. I had been lucky not to hit anything solid.

Then survival mode kicked in and I motored to the finish.

I began to get sight of David with about two laps to go and as we started the last lap I was able to put some pressure on him as we approached T2. He then did a repeat of my move on lap one but I think that he made a better job of it. That meant that I was in the points and gained another when I found Xug traveling quite slowly about half way around the lap.

Looking forward to Doni's home race for the next one. At least that is a proper circuit.

Do we all have to send Pelle an alarm call just before the race?

Llegué a casa a tiempo y me sentí obligado a participar.

Pardon the delay in running out a review on our Nurb event, fellas. I've been very tired since running a 100-lap race with the Clandestines group using GP55 cars at IMS last Wednesday. That ate up 1-3/4 hours non-stop. It was a gruelling chore for young men and I'm not that anymore. Not by a long shot.

Grats to Dag on a fine, dominating win. Not a surprise at all to me as he did every bit as well with the Honda at the Nurb in a very recent OAO event. Good show. Quico(TRON)a fine run to P2 in the Cooper. José Luis acing me for the final podium position by a car length or so. Great job, Tago!

Sorry to lose Sergio to the hedgerows. Stuck fast. Bad luck. Xavier(Xug)nursing home a very off-song Weslake V-12 to P6 losing out to steady Clive on the last lap.

I'm reasonably pleased with my P4 being oh-so close to P3 at the flag. I could kick myself in the arse for spins in the Swallow Tail and Carousel on successive laps. That cost the time I needed to close earlier on Tago and would ultimately decide the podium. Quite satisfied in cutting a 8m27s lap having not used the BRM here in ages and scoring three of the five laps without an off-track notation.

As Clive has mentioned above, we're off to Mosport next and it is indeed my home track. I was born and raised just a 20-minute drive down the road in Bowmanville. I attended the very first major international event, the Player's 200, way back in 1961 as a 12-year old. Over the years, I've spectated at hundreds of races and have even registered about two dozen starts in FVee and FF races from 1974 through 1983.

Our GPL version is very accurate in its presentation. If you can drive this circuit well in GPL, you'll feel right at home if you ever have the opportunity to drive it in real life.
Those who do not learn from history will be condemned to relive its mistakes.
